Valentine's Day Meditation

Breathe deeply in and then exhale fully. Focus on your breath moving and and out of the body. 
Notice the abdomen rising and falling as you breathe. 
Find calm & stillness in your gentle focus on your breath. 

Then, repeat the words below to yourself:

May I be peaceful, 
May I be happy,
May I be well, 
May I be safe,
May I be free from suffering.
